When we opened the box, the ring was suprisingly lightweight for titanium!! I was afraid he'd think it was too feminine, because of the diamonds, but his eyes LIT UP when he saw it, and he told me I couldn't have made a better choice!! I did ask the lady SPECIFICALLY before I went ahead and bought the ring, if the sizes are right on, or if they run a little small or big (this has happened to me a lot). But she assured me that it would fit according to the size chart. Unfortunately, the rings DO run a whole size TOO BIG. I ordered a 12.5 for my fiance, and when we got it, it was wayyyy too big for his left hand. But it fits perfectly on his right hand, which is a size 13.5, lol! We ended up sending it back for the smaller size. So just a heads up to order a size smaller. Anyway, overall, EXCELLENT RING!! He gets compliments on it ALL THE TIME, and it shines... MORE THAN MY DIAMOND RING!! People stare at his ring more than mine, and his costed much, MUCH less!! Definitely worth the few hundred bucks! I wouldn't exchange it for any other ring. I am impressed for how inexpensive it was! We have had his ring for about 3 1/2 months now and it's still holding up strong! It scratches somewhat easily, but those are easily buffed out. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RING!

QUESTION: has anyone had a diamond fall out and is it durible for everyday wear? by None N 12/22/2013
STAFF ANSWER: Since the ring is tension there is a possibility. However Triton also has a lifetime warranty against this happening. Judging from these comments it would seem it happens a whole lot. However we have a low repair ratio on this model. by Scott M 12/31/2013
ANSWER: YES IM AFRAID SO. THE DIAMONDS FELL OUT ON FIRST USE. WE ORDERED ANOTHER ONE AND THE DIAMONDS FELL OUT AGAIN WITHIN A MONTH. THE RING WAS NOT TOO SMALL WHICH WAS IMPLIED BY THE COMPANY.
HOPE THIS HELPS by LISA T 12/23/2013
ANSWER: Unfortunately, yes. I had this ring and the stones fell out, it was replaced promptly, and I had the same problem. As a result I had to switch rings all together. The website and it's customer service staff were absolutely amazing to deal with, just wasn't quite the right ring for me. by Derrick R 12/22/2013
ANSWER: My partner and I purchased 2 of these rings over 3 years ago. They were a little different as I was told it was a prototype. The band was heavier thicker and wider and the diamonds were smaller. His ring has been fine, but in the first year and a half, I lost a diamond out of 3 rings. I ordered my current ring over a year ago, after it was restyled as a thinner band with larger diamonds. I wear it every day and have not had any problems with this one. by Roland W 12/22/2013
ANSWER: I got this ring for my boyfriend a couple years ago a few months after we first got together I believe it says my order date was January 2012. He got me a promise ring so I figured I'd get him one too. I wasn't sure of his ring size and I was trying to keep it a secret as a valentine's day surprise, so instead of asking, I found a ring he used to wear on his right hand and took it in to a local jewelry store for measuring.
When we received this ring, it was half a size too big for him so I offered to return it for a smaller size. He's the type of guy who said "no thanks" and wore it with pride anyway. A couple months later a diamond fell out during our darts tournament. I'm assuming since it was too big it caused it to bang around quite a bit more and it was just too hard on the diamonds. I contacted the company and they told me to send it back and they'd exchange sizes free of charge, even though a diamond was missing from the original. It was fast shipping too - this is an amazing company to work with!! The smaller size fit perfect and none of the diamonds have fallen out since - and he wears it every single day! So I guess when you order, just be sure you get the right size. And it's such a gorgeous ring... He says when we get married he just wants me to get this one cleaned & buffed - he doesn't want another ring ever! by Rebekah P 12/22/2013
ANSWER: Both diamonds fell out the same night I gave it to my husband, our wedding day. by Laci W 12/22/2013
QUESTION: If i wanted to add more diamonds to the center could i do that? by tanya a 3/28/2012
ANSWER: Hi Tanya,

I purchased this ring mid-January 2012. While I agree with you that 3 stones would look great. It wouldn't work unless you shrunk the size of the stones. Because the stones are tension set, there has to be enough room in the metal lip to create a small groove to set the stones into. To accomodae even 1 more stone the ring would have to be made wider which could cause the ring to be uncomfortable as it is a comfort fit ring. Hopefully that helps to answer your question. As far as satisfaction goes this is my favorite ring for looks, comfort and price! For the first week or so I kept checking to see if it was still on my hand because it is so light and comfortable! If you have anymore quesions feel free to ask!

Thanks and have a great day!
Derrick by Derrick R 3/30/2012
