|I've had this ring for about a year as my wedding band. The pros: it is light on my finger and modern.
The cons: the metal does scratch and it turns a little darker than when I bought.

|While this is the second time the ring has required repair, I wouldn't hesitate to buy jewelry from your company in the future because you have always taken care of it, without any strings attached. And that seems like a rare quality for a company to stand so proudly behind it's product as yours does, and I truly, truly appreciate that!
Everyone makes a mistake or has a faulty product from time to time, no
matter how meticulous your quality control may be. The true test of the
quality of a product is how the company reacts when such a problem is
brought to their attention. Do they deny it? Run from it? Make excuses?
Point fingers? Or do they stand behind it and make it right.
That is just as important as the jewelry itself. I couldn't ask for better service in such a situation and I thank you for it. Especially considering it was a fairly inexpensive purchase... a bargain, in fact!|
