How to send my jewelry back for refund?
Please package the jewelry securely in a NEW shipping box.
Make sure to return any paper work, certificates, jewelry boxes, or pouches along with a copy of your invoice.
Fill out the Returns & Exchange Form. Or write a note letting us know you are sending this back for a refund.
Do NOT send jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will most likely not arrive to us if you do this.
Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives to us. Please do not use any words on the outside of the package that will let a thief know the contents, such as: jewelry, diamonds, ring, etc. We also recommend you choose a shipping method that has tracking.

After we receive the package, we carefully inspect the item to verify condition. We will then promptly issue a refund and email you confirmation. Refunds may take up to 3 business days for us to process depending on volume of packages we receive. It is up to your bank as to when the funds will be returned into your account, anywhere from 48 hours to 10 business days.
