Rings are a lot like jeans for 3 reasons:

1) One size doesn’t fit all.

2) There are differences in how jeans fit depending on cut and designer even when trying on the same size.

3) Now add some years of marriage to that. Are you the same size you were a few years ago? Most likely not.

Our modern metals are so hard and that is why we love them. But being so hard, they are not able to be physically re sized like a precious metal ring can be.

Instead of being stuck with a ring you can’t wear, we’ve got you covered with our 5 year plan.

Lashbrook Size Exchange Policy: Each ring is custom made just for you. And these rings cannot be resized. But sometimes your finger size does change. So Lashbrook rings can be exchanged for a different size for 25% fee of what you paid for the ring.

Heavy Stone Rings Size Exchange Policy: Within the 1st 6 months, size exchanges have a 25% deductible of what you paid for the ring. After the 1st 6 months and up to 5 years from purchase date, it is only a $79 size exchange processing fee – including FREE shipping back to you!

FREE Size Exchange Policy: Within the 1st 15 days, you may send back ring for a one time free size exchange and only have to pay for the shipping back to you. Once the item is exchanged, it does become final sale / non-returnable.

International Orders: International orders have a $59 size exchange processing fee plus shipping charges.

What if my ring is engraved?

Good news, your ring is still covered under our 5 year plan. You just have to pay $50 to have it re-engraved.

How long will my size exchange take?

Please allow up to 6 weeks. The time frame depends on the designer and the designer's current volume of orders.

How do I pay for my size exchange?

We do not keep credit card information on file for your security. Once your replacement ring is ready to ship out to you, we will contact you for payment.

What if my ring needs a size exchange after the 5 year plan?

You can contact our support team. We will do our very best to work with the designer on a case by case basis to get your ring or replaced.

What if the style has been discontinued?

Designers occasionally discontinue ring styles. If that happens, the designer will replace it with a similar item of similar value. We will do our very best to work with the designer on a case by case basis to get your ring replaced.
