60 Day Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that every shopper who has given us the opportunity to serve them is 100% satisfied. We take this commitment very seriously. IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE AT LEAST TWO TONS OF COMPLIMENTS ON YOUR PURCHASE IN THE FIRST 60 DAYS YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND. Seriously. No questions asked.

If you need to return an item for a REFUND please follow these steps--

  1. Please package the jewelry securely.
  2. The jewelry must be in its original jewelry box.
  3. You must include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this. And if we do not receive the jewelry we cannot issue you a refund.
  5. Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives at our destination. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

Items that have been exchanged, worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged will NOT be accepted for refund. For refund items must be returned in original boxes. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of package receipt, and can only be issued to the original payment method. You must ship your return back within 60 days of the initial receipt of your order to be eligible for a refund. Special custom rings and custom sized rings are not returnable.
