For the normal consumer who walks into a jewelry store, they are accosted by associates wanting their business. The prices are generally much higher, and many customer's feel uncomfortable because they don't know if the associate is providing them with knowledgeable information about the product they are looking to purchase. You and your staff provide honest and quality answers to your customer. This can be extremely important especially when the consumer is purchasing over the internet.

I ordered and received your Black Titanium wedding band, men's, with the 18K yellow gold inlay (R-2049BT), just over 10 months ago right before my marriage. I never sat down and thanked you for such an amazing quality product. My marriage is going strong, and so is my ring!!

I get comments on it's beauty everywhere I go. And, much to my amazement, even after 10 months of 7x24 fairly rough wear, working out, swimming, hiking and biking, never taking it off, etc, I don't see a single scratch on it! This ring is incredibly hard and durable!

Just thought I'd write and say that your customer service is outstanding, I received the ring in a beautiful box, as ordered and on time, and it has stood up to heavy abuse and retained its beauty.
