FREE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
We want you to have the best and most comfortable size possible. If you receive a ring that does not fit properly, you can send the ring back within 30 days from the day that you received it for a free size exchange. Include a copy of your invoice with your current contact information (telephone/email). And make a note as to what finger size you need. There is no restocking fee. You have the choice of two return shipping methods.
  1. U.S. Priority Mail with insurance for $9.95. Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery once package is shipped.
  2. UPS 2 Day Air with insurance for $20.
You can pay for the shipping charges with any major credit card or money order.

ADDRESS TO RETURN:
Please send the returned jewelry insured for full value in the event that the package never arrives at our destination. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged will NOT be accepted for return. Items must be returned with original packaging.

HELPFUL STEPS TO RETURN
In order to insure proper care of the valuable jewelry please follow these steps:
  1. Place item in it’s original jewelry box or pouch. Put all protective packaging such as bubble wrap, copy of receipt, any accompanying paperwork or certificates inside package.
  2. Use a NEW cardboard shipping box, place contents inside where they don’t rattle and then seal.
  3. The safest method of shipping is to use REGISTERED MAIL through the U.S. Postal Service. Fully insure the package for full value and request a return receipt.
After we receive the package, we carefully inspect the item to verify condition. We will then notify you that we have received it and promptly issue a refund, credit or exchange, whichever you request.

SIZE EXCHANGE AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT USING OUR RING FOR LIFE PROGRAM
When you receive your new ring from Titanium-Jewelry.com, you can relax, knowing that no matter how much your finger size changes over time, our Lifetime Sizing program will insure that your titanium or tungsten ring will always fit comfortably. Should you ever find your ring to be either too large or too tight due to fluctuation in finger size, simply return it to us. Our program will provide a replacement ring promptly and your correct adjusted size.
The exchange charge is $59.00 to cover the refurbishing fees, plus $20 for shipping and handling. All payments are due at the time of exchange. Use above address
