At this time we offer free shipping using United Parcel Services (UPS) 2 Day Air Service within the continental US for orders over $100. Due to insurance requirements all packages require a signature. If you will not be there to sign for package please contact us for an alternate shipping address.
Most of our items ship within 5 business days. However, many of the tension set rings are made according to your finger size AFTER you place your order. For these please allow 3 - 4 weeks. To get an more accurate shipping time, please call or email us the item number and the finger size if necessary.
If for some reason you are returning an item for exchange, such as exchanging a ring for one of a different size, there is a $20 shipping & handling fee. There is no restocking fee, however, if done within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, this would come under the Ring for Life program. (Please see that section for details.)

For items of high value we sometimes use U.S. REGISTERED MAIL with insurance. A signature
is required for the receipt of all packages. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery
of registered mail packages. We ship only to street addresses not PO BOXES. For
security reasons we ship to billing addresses. If for some reason you wish us
to ship to your work or other address please notify us. We then will contact
your credit card company and confirm that they have this alternate address on
file. So you might need to make sure that this information is provided to your
credit card company. Please inspect
your package for damage or tampering BEFORE signing for it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees that may be incurred on international orders. We recommend contacting your local authorities to get details on these costs. We have no way of calculating these possible fees as these are set by your government. It is our experience however, that shipping through the U.S.P.S. (U.S. Postal Service)can result in lower import fees.

RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept it’s return within 30 days of your initial receipt for exchange, credit or refund. Items must be in NEW CONDITION. We cannot accept items with have been worn, scratched, nicked, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered or damaged in any way. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning the jewelry.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to have the best and most comfortable size possible. If you receive a ring that does not fit properly, you can send the ring back within 30 days from the day that you received it for a free size exchange. Include a copy of your invoice with your current contact information (telephone/email). And make a note as to what finger size you need.
There is no restocking fee. You have the choice of two return shipping methods.
1. U.S. Priority Mail with insurance for $9.95. Please allow 3 – 7 days for delivery once package is shipped.
2. UPS 2 Day Air with insurance for $20.
You can pay for the shipping charges with any major credit card or money order.
REFURBISHMENT POLICY
Over time and extended heavy use your titanium ring may need to be refurbished. For gray titanium rings the charge is $20, plus $20 for insured shipping and handling. For black titanium rings, the charge is $59 and $20 for shipping and handling.

ENGRAVING
At this time we do not offer engraving on our jewelry. Once an item has been engraved will be unable to accept a return on that item. Please contact us for more information.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We occasionally can accomodate our customers requests to modify certain designs. This constitutes a special or custom order. There are more labor costs associated with a custom order, therefore, there is a nominal charge for custom orders. Also, on a custom order the delivery time can be a bit longer than a stock item. Custom orders are custom for you, the customer, and are non-returnable and do not qualify for the lifetime sizing policy. Please contact us for more information on customizing one of our designs.
