Sales Tax
California sales tax is charged on all orders placed within the state of California. This is in the amount of 7.625%. This is amount required by State Law for Stanislaus County, California.

When is my credit card charged?
At this time, your credit card is charged when you initially place your order.

When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Many items are in stock and will ship same, or next business day. However, many of the tension set rings must be manufactured in your finger size after you place your order. For these items, please allow 2 to 3 weeks. Please refer to the item page for availability details. We will email you a tracking number the day your package ships.

I upgraded to UPS Next Day Air - does this mean I'll get my order tomorrow?
No. This means that when your order does ship, this is the shipping method. If the item is in stock and ships same day as you order, then yes, you will receive it next business day. But if the item is not in stock, or you place your order on a weekend, then you will not receive it the next day. UPS NEXT DAY SHIPPING option means that when UPS picks up the package (once it's ready) it gets delivered to you the next business day. (Holidays and weekends are not counted as next business days according to UPS.)

What if the ring I bought is too big or too small?
We will take care of you! Just send it back to us within the first 90 days for a size exchange. There is no restocking fee, but we do charge for the return shipping. Please visit our 90 Day Exchanges page.

What if my finger size changes after a few months? How do I get my ring resized?
Due to the nature of titanium and tungsten carbide our rings cannot generally be resized. However, with our Lifetime Ring Sizing program, you can send your ring in for a new ring of a different size. Please read our RING FOR LIFE page for details.

How Do I return my jewelry for a SIZE EXCHANGE?
If you need to return an item for an EXCHANGE please follow these steps.
1. Please package the jewelry securely.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice.
3. Please write what new size you need to exchange for. You can write this on the copy of the invoice, or include a note for us. Make sure we have your contact information so we can contact you.
4. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this.
5. Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives at our destination. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

Return Shipping: You have the choice of two return shipping methods.
  1. U.S. Priority Mail with insurance for $15. Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery once package is shipped.
  2. UPS 2 Day Air with insurance for $20.
You can pay for the shipping charges with any major credit card or money order.

Note: Please allow a similar time for your new sized piece of jewelry to arrive, that your original order took. For example, if your ring originally took 3-5 days, please allow us 3-5 days for your new ring. If your ring originally took 2 weeks to manufacture, please allow 2 weeks to manufacture your new ring.

How do I return my jewelry for a REFUND?
If you need to return an item for a REFUND please follow these steps.
1. Please package the jewelry securely.
2. The jewelry must be in it's original jewelry box.
3. The jewelry must be in new condition.
4. You must include a copy of your invoice.
5. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this. And if we do not receive the jewelry we cannot issue you a refund.
6. Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives at our destination. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

Please Read: Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged will NOT be accepted for refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of package receipt, and can only be issued to the original payment method.
